Join us for an amazing Chef prepared, multi-course dinner paired with spirits from Fremont Mischief Distillery.
As you know we have been doing a monthly series of multi-course dinners with great success. (They sell out really fast, so purchase your tickets quickly.) This particular dinner is exciting because it is a launching point for us on a couple of levels: One, it is our first Distillery Paired Dinner, and we are pleased to have Fremont Mischief participate! This should prove to be a fun and delightful evening of pairing spirits and chef prepared food. $80 per person (a deposit of half is required to attend). You can purchase tickets in person or online.
The menu is as follows:
Apple tartare- Washington apples, herb goat cheese, chive and red pepper vinaigrette
1st course paired with Fremont Mischief Vodka Cocktail
Watermelon salad- charred tomatoes, watermelon, mozzarella cheese, aged balsamic reduction, smoked onions
2nd course paired with Barrel Finished Gin
Succotash- yellow spring squash, zucchini, corn, bacon lardons, snap peas, snap pea vinaigrette
3rd course paired with Fremont Mischief Gin Cocktail
Gnocchi- fried potato gnocchi, tomato, spinach, shallots, white wine butter sauce
4th course paired with Skagit Gold Straight Rye Whiskey
Smoked ling cod- parsnip, carrot, soubise, apple vinaigrette
5th course paired with Straight Rye Whiskey
Airline chicken breast- white bean cassoulet, celery, snap peas, tomatoes, corn puree, chicken jus
6th course paired with Fremont Mischief Brandy
Sweet cream crème brûlée
No substitutions on food or spirits. Not all ingredients are listed. If you have dietary concerns, please contact us PRIOR to ticket purchase. Gratuity is not included in the deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due the night of the event. This event is for 21+ years only, guests will be carded at the event. No refunds.
