Meet Jan Martinell:
Between PepsiCo and Keurig Dr Pepper I have spent 25 years in the beverage industry in positions ranging from Human Resources and Analytics, to Marketing. Earning awards along the way for intuition, scrappy hustling and performance. Most notably with PepsiCo creating a process locally and scaled nationally that continues to save the company approx. $6M a year.
I have a passion for Enumclaw, looking to embrace growth and foster tourism while preserving our quaint small town feel. I have a passion for small business and enjoying helping other small businesses understand processes and find resources. Additionally have a background in both marketing and event planning. Transparency is a key factor in a successful organization.
I believe in divide and conquer where smaller subgroups of an organization each functioning and reporting into a larger entity tend to be more effective than large groups that lose focus and/or authority over the end goal. My favorite saying is data is the strongest storyteller. I believe empathy back by data encourages an inclusive environment while maintaining a northstar.
