Meet Danielle (Danni) Fischer:

I grew up in Buckley/Wilkeson and graduated from WRHS. My family still lives in the area and although I lived in Seattle and NYC for several years, my husband and I moved to Enumclaw in 2020 and bought a house in town in May of this year. I have worked in operations management across various industries for the past 14 years with a current position of Operations Manager for a local company that files the Employee Retention Tax Credit for small businesses nationwide, as well as launching a new local bookkeeping and accounting business here in Enumclaw.

I've spoken with several Chamber Board Members about their experiences, along with attending several events put on by the Chamber. I appreciate the investment in our community and would welcome the opportunity to contribute--fostering relationships, connecting businesses and business owners alike, and finding new ways to provide support. I truly love this town and want to see it continue to thrive. I come from an operations management background, so I am passionate about planning and executing a vision. I also have a background in financial services and am in the process of launching a local accounting/tax/bookkeeping company to assist business owners in the community.

Speaking from the perspective of launching a bookkeeping business and the clients we've onboarded so far, I think many businesses could benefit from stronger financial services assistance, which will help them grow and, in turn, help sustain our community. The opportunity is that there is already such a strong, supportive community in place, looking out for each other. My strength lies in connecting with people, regardless of who they are.

A friend once told me that I have a knack for making others feel comfortable, a compliment I take pride in. I am often a peacemaker and can navigate conflicts, making challenging decisions in a solution-oriented manner while maintaining respect for everyone involved. I was raised in a family that cared for medically-fragile foster children, and I attribute that experience to my ability to find compassion for all people, regardless of their circumstances.
